The South-West London ICS Digital Pioneer Fellowship programme will support up to 40 change makers employed by NHS and Local Authority organisations in South-West London to design and lead health and care transformation projects underpinned by digital innovation.
The Fellowship is designed to equip the fellows with new skills and knowledge, from building good business cases and using Agile as a project delivery technique, to structuring a good evaluation, and implementing change management principles. The programme is designed to connect fellows to like-minded peers, influencers in the system and people who can mentor them.
The South-West London ICS Digital Pioneer Fellowship builds upon DigitalHealth.London’s Digital Pioneer Fellowship programme but is specifically for staff employed by NHS and Local Authority organisations in South-West London.
The programme is aimed at professionals currently employed at any level by an NHS or Local Authority organisation in South West London. Staff can come from a range of disciplines including clinicians, Allied Health Professionals, and operational staff. The programme is for individuals who are:
• Currently leading or significantly involved in delivering a digital transformation project within their organisation
• Recommended by their host organisation
• Able to confirm that this programme is in line with their professional development needs
• And able to commit to attending six days of mandatory learning (see below):
- Learning Day One - 21/07/2023
- Learning Day Two - 08/09/2023
- Learning Day Three - 10/11/2023
- Learning Day Four - 12/01/2024
- Learning Day Five - 15/03/2024
- Learning Day Six - 10/05/2024
